Parcels for single family dwelling were sold in the area Eenhoorn in the city Amsterdam. Blue One has designed this for a family and lawyer firm. With the use of a spatial and functional insight these two spaces were integrated. This dwelling is located in a child-friendly neighbourhood. The building contains five rooms and can uphold a family, furthermore this design took in account the possibility of entrepreneur-wishes of the inhabitants. Therefor can be used as a office-home as well. This design has been showcased in Dubai at the Arab Innovation Network (AIN).
