Blue One is a practice that focuses on functionality, which becomes the basis of the project. Our concept for Yummy Hummus is enriched by Middle Eastern art, poetry and expertise of the architect. Much attention is paid to the choice of natural materials, tiles, furniture and the influence of light to an architecture that can be seen from outside. When passing by the store, it’s impossible not to look at the colourful and open interior. Which feels incredibly inviting!
